He graduated from "International Finance" at "Chernorizets Hrabar" University. Mr. Kovachev started his practice in the Municipality of Varna as an expert and subsequently head of sector and head of department in the economic sector of the administration, followed by 8 years of experience as a branch manager in the Allianz Bulgaria Inc. and Eurohold Bulgaria JSC groups. In the period from 2014 to 2017 in his capacity as a national representative in National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, he is a member of the "Budget and Finance" and "Public Sector Accountability" committees. From 2019 until now he is also the executive director of AIFM.
